Hatch’d STL Review

Hatch’d is a fabulous new brunch restaurant in the Princeton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis. Hatch’d opened in 2022 and is locally owned and operated by a father-son duo.

The Hatch’d STL Menu is full of funny puns and clever innuendo. There are classic brunch options like biscuits and gravy and also more creative options like the “‘Let Freedom Ring” French Toast sammie.

Hatch’d has a private event space upstairs from the restaurant that seats up to 100 people., There is a separate catering menu for the private dining room and minimum orders depending on number of guests in your party.
